Not everyone can access their GP Surgery during its normal opening hours. Systmone online helps by letting you manage your appointments and repeat medications over the internet at any time. All you need is access to a personal computer or smartphone with internet access.
Booking your next appointment over the internet is easy and you can do it anytime without waiting for surgery phone lines to open.
The following services are available online:
Appointment bookings
You can book and cancel appointments online. You can also view past and future appointments.
Repeat prescriptions
You can view and request your repeat prescriptions online
Changing contact details
You can update your contact details such as your postal address, telephone numbers and email address.
Patients should, for security reasons, request access to online services at the surgery in person. The reception staff should be able to process access at the time of the request (except during busy times). Staff will provide a print out of your log-in details and your online account will become active approximately 1 hour later.
